Welcome to Naimaconnections. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationships between traders (e.g., plumbers, painters, electricians, etc.), customers, and Naimaconnections. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Terms for Traders

As a trader registered on Naimaconnections, you agree to the following:

1. Registration and Profile Accuracy:

   • You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile and listings.
   • Listings must reflect your skills and the services you offer truthfully.

2. Payment Terms:

   • For emergency jobs: Naimaconnections will contact you and arrange for you to complete the job. Once the job is completed and verified, you will receive payment, less our commission.
   • For listed bookings: Customers may directly book your service from your listing. Payment will be processed by Naimaconnections, and you will receive your portion after job completion and verification.

3. Job Completion and Verification:

   • You are required to submit photographic evidence and any other proof requested by Naimaconnections upon job completion.

4. Disputes and Refunds:

   • If a customer raises a valid complaint supported by evidence, and this complaint is verified by Naimaconnections, you will forfeit payment for the disputed job.
   • Naimaconnections reserves the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions regarding payment.

5. Compliance:

   • You must comply with all applicable laws, safety regulations, and industry standards while providing your services.

6. Termination:

   • Naimaconnections reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, substandard work, or complaints deemed valid by our team.

3. Terms for Customers

As a customer using Naimaconnections, you agree to the following:

1. Service Options:

   • You may book services either through our Emergency Request feature or by selecting from ready-made listings of available traders.

2. Payments:

   • Payment for services must be made to Naimaconnections. Traders are not authorized to accept direct payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Job Completion and Complaints:

   • You must provide clear and accurate details when requesting services.
   • If you are dissatisfied with a job, you may submit a complaint along with valid evidence (e.g., photos, videos).
   • Naimaconnections will review all complaints. If evidence supports your claim, you may be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds will only be issued for valid complaints supported by clear evidence. Naimaconnections’ decision regarding disputes is final.

5. Liability:

   • Naimaconnections acts as a facilitator between you and the trader. While we endeavor to vet traders, we are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries caused during the service unless due to gross negligence by Naimaconnections.

4. General Terms for All Users

1. Prohibited Activities:

   • Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or providing false information, is strictly prohibited.

2. Indemnification:

   • Users agree to indemnify and hold Naimaconnections harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform.

3. Changes to Terms:

   • Naimaconnections reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Governing Law:

   • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in courts of England and Wales.

5. Termination of Service:

   • Naimaconnections reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion for violations of these terms.
